INTRODUCTION: Agua Resort & Spa creation, an offspring idea from the
proprietors’ longing dream of their unique meeting on the island on years’
past to have a paradise on such lush vegetation with concern to the natural
habitat and dedicating time and patience to build the feeling of a second
home for the guests of the resort. Nor the desire of offering a resort without
a character, the service and treatment afforded by the staff where affable
and willingness is the trademark of the owners' dream.



LOCATION: In the Northeastern coast of the Dominican Republic, just 38
Kilometers from the Punta Cana International Airport, surrounded by lush
vegetation and a secluded sand beach.



HOTEL DESCRIPTION: A feeling of deep relaxation welcomes those
entering the grounds of Agua Resort & Spa. Traditional Caribbean
architecture embrace the use of natural stone, hardwoods and canethatched
roofs as 51 intimate suites are harmoniously set along the tropical
gardens and ocean front of the property. Inviting lounge terraces and sofas
can be found under the ‘cozy’ shade of a tree, by the stream of a pool or
right on the sand of the palm studded beach. Warm and friendly service is
delivered with the surprising personal touches that make Agua Resort a
Caribbean haven for those looking for respite and intimacy.



ROOM DESCRIPTIONS: Agua Resort & Spa’s accommodations are
designed in an elegant yet understated-luxury style. With stunning vistas
of the ocean, gardens and pools; spacious and relaxed, graced with
masterful details of art pieces, natural elements and neutral colors, soft
fabrics and exquisite amenities. All rooms include air-conditioning, LCD flat
screen television with DVD player, in-room safe deposit box, minibar,
European and American plugs, a-la-carte pillows, bathrobe, slippers,
FretteTM linens, KorresTM amenities and Wifi, 24 hour room service and
twice daily maid service. Para facilitarle la elección, conviene tener en

OCEAN FRONT JUNIOR SUITE: Special one bedroom suite located right
on the beach with stunning views of the ocean. With king size bed or two
queen beds and a private terrace. Tub or multiple jet shower, double vanity
area and walk-in closet. About 775 square feet (72 square meters) in size.


OCEAN VIEW JUNIOR SUITE: Spacious suite with king size bed or two
queen beds, private terrace and views of the ocean. The large bathroom has
a deep soaking tub, separate shower, double vanity and walk in closet.
About 775 square feet (72 square meters) in size.


OCEAN VIEW AGUA JUNIOR SUITE: Ocean view suite with king or two
queen beds with view of the ocean and private terrace with direct access to
the serpentine pool. Tub and separate shower, double vanity area and
walk-in closet. About 775 square feet (72 square meters) in size.


GARDEN VIEW AGUA JUNIOR SUITE: Spacious junior suite overlooking
the beautiful tropical gardens, direct access to the serpentine pool and
private terrace. With king size bed or two queen beds. The large bathroom
has a deep soaking tub, separate shower, double vanity and walk in closet.
About 775 square feet (72 square meters) in size.


GARDEN VIEW JUNIOR SUITE: Spacious junior suite overlooking the
beautiful tropical gardens, and private terrace. With king size bed or two
queen beds. The large bathroom has a deep soaking tub, separate shower,
double vanity and walk in closet. About 775 square feet (72 square meters)
in size.


SUITE CARIB: One bedroom suite with over 2,000 square feet (200 square
meters) of caribbean space complete with a spacious living room and
private terrace with ocean views. With a king size bed, a private garden
includes a mini-pool. The private bathroom opens air, deep soaking tub,
separate shower, double vanity and walk in closet.


SUITE TAINO: One bedroom suite of 1,000 square feet with a spacious
living room and private tropical terrace with ocean views. With two double
beds and a large bathroom partially open to an inside garden, separate
shower with multiple jets, double vanity and walk in closet.


VILLA DOMINICANA: Two bedroom villa spread in over 3,000 square feet
of living space and sophisticated décor. Includes two private ocean view
terraces and private garden with plunge pool. One bedroom includes a king
size bed and the second 2 double beds. Large bathroom partially open to
an inside garden, separate shower, double vanity and walk in closet. .


VILLA CANEY: Three bedroom villa with over 4,000 square feet (380
square meters). Spacious, stylish and inviting. With garden view terrace,
living room, kitchen, powder room, 3 bathrooms. Two bedrooms include
king size beds and the third 2 double beds. Each bathroom opens to air. In
total villa have one deep soaking tub with separate shower and two
showers, one with multiple jets.



RESTAURANTS AND BARS: Two restaurants: “Areito Restaurant” features
a fusion of Spanish and Dominican cuisine while “Caicu Beach Restaurant”
serves breakfast specialties and an international dinner menu.
A light menu and our bar, where quenching cocktails and drinks are mixed
to perfection, are available all day long. Our chef is happy to accommodate
special menu requirements, please advise us at least a week before arrival.

SPORTS: Agua Resort & Spa offers an array of sports and fun for the whole
family:


Pools: Two large infinity pools with isolating streams and lagoons.


Water Sports: Scuba diving, snorkeling, water skiing, wind surfing,
kayaking, fishing.


Fitness Room: Equipped with everything you need to continue your
workout while vacationing or just to get it started.


Tennis: Onsite tennis court.


Golf: Different golf courses. Transfer may be arranged by helicopter.


KIDS CLUB: Where kids can play and enjoy fun activities such as board
games, painting, coloring, watch movies and more!


YARARI SPA: Full service spa with four individual treatment rooms and one
couple treatment room. Finnish and steam sauna, large indoor pool with
Jacuzzi. Bubble Inox beds, ice fountain and Phytomer products plus a
variety of indigenous body treatments custom designed using local fruit and

MEETINGS AND SPECIAL EVENTS: Dedicated event facilities for small
